Indian Springs Country Club is centrally located in Indio CA off of Jefferson Ave. Closest main cross street is Fred Warning. There are approx. 720 homes built between 2002 and 2005
The homes are divided up between 2 gates. East Gate Entrance and West Gate Entrance off of Jefferson. Each gate has its own community pool/spa area as well as fitness area...all for a LOA HOA of $266 per month!
Indian Springs is one of my favorite places to sell home because of the location, hoa price, and the floor plans available. The Carmel Model is my personal favorite model because of the views it offers....if you choose to live on a golf course lot and have the Carmel model....you will have views from your living room, kitchen nook, kitchen and master bedroom!
