Heritage Palms Country Club is a 55+ Community located in Indio off of Fred Waring and Jefferson. Heritage Palms Country Club spans about 379 acres and has a North and South gate entrance off of Fred Warning. There are a total of 1004 homes built between 1995-2004. The homes range from duplexes that are attached homes to detached single family residences. Also, there are about 28 different floor plans ranging from 1300+ sq ft to 2600 sq ft
The most popular plans I have noticed are: Baltusrol, Pinhurst, Merion, Merion 2, Newport, Southampton,Glen Eagles,and Turnberry.
Heritage Palms offers affordable monthly HOA dues at $315 which covers your full time gate guards at both North and South gates, garbage removal, basic time warner cable TV, upkeep of the common grounds, access to the community pools,clubhouse, and gym.
Heritage Palms is really centrally located ...close to everything. Two shopping centers within walking distance, within a couple of miles from 1-10 Frwy and 30 minutes or so to the palm springs airport. You can't go wrong at Heritage Palms Country Club. Heritage Palms Coutry Club also offers a Beautiful Driving Range just off the club house patio seating area, 2 Putting Areas, and a Chipping Area.
