Heritage Palms Country Club spans about 379 acres and has a North and South gate entrance off of Fred Warning. There are a total of 1004 homes built between 1995-2004. The homes range from duplexes that are attached homes to detached single family residences. Also, there are about 28 different floor plans ranging from 1300+ sq ft to 2600 sq ft
The most popular plans I have noticed are: Baltusrol, Pinhurst, Merion, Merion 2, Newport, Southampton,Glen Eagles,and Turnberry.
Heritage Palms offers affordable monthly HOA dues at $315 which covers your full time gate guards at both North and South gates, garbage removal, basic time warner cable TV, upkeep of the common grounds, access to the community pools,clubhouse, and gym.
Heritage Palms is really centrally located ...close to everything. Two shopping centers within walking distance, within a couple of miles from 1-10 Frwy and 30 minutes or so to the palm springs airport. You can't go wrong at Heritage Palms Country Club. Its one of my favorite places to sell Real Estate!

Heritage Palms offers one of the best dining /restaurants in the desert , where every Sunday they have an affordable Sunday brunch with an omlett station. I personally have ate here numerous times and the omletts were outstanding!!! There is indoor and outdoor restaurant seating. The outdoor patio seating has amazing golf course and mountains views.
Also located in the clubhouse are: Fitness Center, Library, Meeting Rooms, Card Rooms, Pool Room, Ballroom etc.

Heritage Palms Coutry Club also offers a Beautiful Driving Range just off the club house patio seating area, 2 Putting Areas, and a Chipping Area.

Rancho Mirage Real Estatet Gated Communities w/ HOA under $200 A Month
Today, I thought I would take a look at the homes in Rancho Mirage in gated communities with affordable HOA dues...$200 and under. I also capped the list price not to exceed $750,000
There were only 18 Active Listings that came up, and only 6 communities!!
The communities were: Key Largo, Ridgeview Estates, Santo Tomas, Vista Mirage, White Sun Estates.

Search For Homes For Sale In Palm Desert...My Website Had A Face Lift!

www.DesertPrimeProperty.com Got a Face Lift!! Now completely rebuild, my website offers, in my opinion the best, easiest way to search for available property listings for sale in Rancho Mirage, Palm Desert, La Quinta, Cathedral City, Indian Wells, and Indio.
On the main page you can do a quick search- that is build your own search for homes...you enter the criteria, and city, and price. Also on the main page you can search for open houses. For an more advanced search you can use the city tabs at the top of the main home page.
Searching for homes by city. Within each city tab, a drop down box will appear. From there you can chose to search for: Golf Communities/Country Clubs OR Subdivisions OR Luxury Homes Or Search For Bank Owned Homes /Distressed Homes Or Search for Condos
I have all the information about each #COUNTRYCLUB listed on their own tabs/sections...including homes available in that country club- you can click to see each home and its listing information, HOA dues, golf dues, social dues, year established, golf course designer etc
I have all the subdivisions listed broken down by city as well. You can also view the homes for sale in each specific community...all those links are in and working. I am working on the HOA info for each subdivision...which is still an OnGoing work in Progress ...as you will see there are a TON of subdivisions in each city. But adding a little at a time...will pay off. Also keep checking back as I also hope to have a VIDEO community tour of each country club and subdivision!!
